About The ONE5
ONE Group was established in June 2017. Since then, it has continually expanded and developed to become one of the most reputable beauty care brands in Vietnam. Committed to elevating Vietnamese cosmetic products and providing the best customer experience, ONE Group continuously invests in modern technology, research, and development to drive innovation, enhance competitive capability, and promote the sustainable growth of the corporation.
The ONE5 is ONE Group's digital transformation project aimed at supporting sales agents in managing the company's multi-level marketing model and binary profit system.
Problems
The rapid growth of the company necessitates a platform that supports Master agents in managing revenue streams and coordinating inventory distribution to lower levels.
Solutions
Research the behavior of master agents to understand the process of managing subordinates.
Design features in the TheONE5 application to address this issue.

This feature was requested by the BOD to have a prototype ready within two weeks. Therefore, the design team decided to streamline the process by omitting certain steps in the Design Thinking framework to accelerate the design.

We invited 10 master agents currently operating in the southern region to participate in interviews, allowing us to conduct research on how they manage sub-agents in terms of inventory, cash flow, commissions, and other factors.

After compiling the interview data on FigJam, I proceeded to define User Persona

Kim Anh, a master agent at ONE Group, needs a mobile-friendly tool to easily manage her team's sales, revenue, and inventory. Due to her limited computer skills and the complexity of the multi-level marketing model, she struggles to track performance and manage operations efficiently.

This feature is truly a challenge for the design team. The multi-level marketing model is extremely complex in practice, and creating an interface to manage this model on small-screen devices like smartphones has never been done before.
How Might We?
How might we incorporate features that streamline commission management and digital inventory for Kim Anh’s multi-level business model?
Simplify the management of commissions and digital inventory, which are crucial aspects of Kim Anh’s business model. The goal is to develop features that make these processes more efficient and less cumbersome, catering to the complexities of a multi-level marketing structure.
How might we develop a solution that provides clear and actionable insights into sales performance and inventory status, making it easier for Kim Anh to motivate her team and drive sales growth?
Creating a solution that offers Kim Anh clear insights into her team's sales performance and inventory status. The aim is to provide her with the data she needs to make informed decisions, motivate her team, and strategically drive sales growth.
How might we integrate automated reminders and notifications to help Kim Anh stay on top of key tasks and ensure her team’s productivity?
The app includes a list of instructional videos for daily activities, each linked to specific aspects of child development.
These videos will also recommend related experts and serve as affiliate marketing channels for DayCon.
How might we design a mobile-friendly interface that simplifies the management of sales, revenue, and inventory for Kim Anh?
Incorporating features that send automated reminders and notifications to Kim Anh. These reminders would help her manage key tasks and keep track of important deadlines, ensuring that she can maintain productivity and effectively manage her team.
How might we create intuitive tools that allow Kim Anh to easily track and manage her team’s performance without requiring advanced computer skills?
Developing tools that are straightforward and user-friendly for Kim Anh, who has limited computer skills. The focus is on ensuring that these tools are easy to use and understand, allowing her to efficiently track and manage her team's performance.

For users like Kim Anh, managing complex multi-level marketing tasks through a mobile interface can be overwhelming. While it might seem simple to add a few more features or reduce steps in the process, the real challenge lies in addressing the specific needs of users who are less tech-savvy and rely heavily on their smartphones. By simplifying key functions such as sales tracking and inventory management, and integrating features like reminders, we can significantly improve their experience.
Designing with empathy for the user’s context—where efficiency is crucial and the complexity of their tasks is high—allows us to create solutions that are both effective and user-friendly. This approach not only improves usability but also ensures that the solution balances functionality with ease of use, considering both user needs and resource constraints.
